It offers clean linens, towels, toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and basics for your stay. Ceilings are ~7ft — fair warning for tall guests! On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. Newfoundland Beach House

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)

Iconic Red Top of the Battery Ocean & City View

This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. A wonderful getaway, minutes from the Signal Hill hiking trail & interpretation centre, and a quick walk to the heart of downtown. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place.

Conveniently located minutes from the airport, with a nearby bus stop and affordable cab fares to downtown. Dedicated parking for one vehicle is included. Please note, smoking (including cannabis), parties, or loud activities are not allowed. Ideal for business travelers or a quiet, relaxing stay.

The apartment consists of a large bright bedroom with a comfy Queen-sized bed, and a sunlit living room with 45-inch smart TV with more than 200 channels of free of Bell , high-speed internet. The Kitchen includes a large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery, plates, cups, bowls... to prepare and enjoy your food. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a medium front mirror, and toilet. Shampoo and body wash are included.

Off street parking is available for one vehicle and public transit is minutes away. Take Route 3 from the Village Mall to downtown. Grocery and Pharmacy 5 minute walk away
