This charming, one of a kind efficiency, is centrally located in a historic 1928 hotel, on the beach block, adjacent to the Beach and Boardwalk by a 2-minute walk, and just a 5-minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the spectacular views and cross breezes, from this 6th floor end unit. Whether you relax in the lazy river at the close-by Waterpark, or catch a show at the Music Pier, your vacation can be as busy or relaxing as you wish, with all of the many cool options.

The Homestead B&B - Sunflower Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is the largest of our guest rooms and is located on the second floor of the Main House. It features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and vaulted ceilings. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.
