Newly renovated and perfect for couples or families. I grew up in this house, completely renovated it, and wanted to share both the home and the area I grew up in with others. Enjoy beautiful views of Bogue Sound at the end of the road, with several places in the neighborhood to enjoy sunrises/sunsets. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Emerald Isle, Swansboro, or boat ramps if you want to get out and explore the water. Toss your anchor and book your stay at "Anchors Aweigh".

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Blocks from Bogue Sound, neighborhood dock, parks, restaurants, Mac Daddy's bowling/arcade, and grocery store. It's only 3 miles to Emerald Isle's western beach access where you can put your toes in the ocean! Home has spacious outdoor patio with dining and firepit to enjoy those relaxing summer evenings. Home is open and airy with internet, board games, corn hole, and smart TV's for entertainment.

Romantic Waterfront Escape with hottub and kayak

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

Visit local produce stands and don’t forget the boiled peanuts! Plenty of parking if towing your boat or jet ski. Perfect neighborhood to bring your bicycles or jog.

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Captains Quarters

Relax and unwind with your family in the small quaint town of Peletier. Just a few minutes away from Emerald Isle. Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.
