You will like the dominating situation of this accommodation (50m2) and its terrace (30m2) which are nestled on the flank of the superhossegor hill, in the middle of the cork oaks. Without any opposite this will be your haven of peace, from which you will be 2 minutes from the lake on foot and 10 minutes of oyster tastings from the bottom of the lake. A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son aménagement cosy et fonctionnel, sa vue!, sa terrasse (10m2), le lit escamotable pour le confort, la cuisine entièrement neuve et sa véranda qui permet de profiter de la vue par tous les temps. The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

Located between Hossegor's golf and the port of Capbreton, our house is ideally situated. The city center of Hossegor (central place, local market, stores..) and Capbreton (town, port) are easily accessible by car or bike (bicycles paths). Hossegor's lake is very close (2km) as well as the different beaches (2.5 km). Our pleasant and bright flat house , will be the beginning of many discovery.
