Walk to the Beach from a Warm, Family-Friendly Cottage

Newly renovated, retract a wall of windows to combine the hip, open-plan interiors of this cottage with a sunny outdoor deck patio with a BBQ grill and dining area. Get lost in a book within a peaceful, window-wrapped sunroom featuring a children’s play area. Beautifully styled and well-appointed, this single storey beach home offers casual comfort and spacious living areas, perfect for family groups seeking a relaxed beachside holiday. A beautifully manicured and fully enclosed rear garden is ideal for children. The garden studio is complete with an ensuite, a perfect 4th bedroom if 8 guests are staying or extra living area if preferred. You will have the entire property including the studio for yourselves. There is a separate side entrance for the studio. The back of the house opens entirely through bifold doors giving flow through to the deck and rear yard. You will be greeted on arrival at the property. As hosts we will be available via phone or email throughout your stay. The home is in Newport Beach, a town known for its surfing breaks and beautiful scenery. Newport Village’s boutiques, markets, and restaurants are a stroll away, as is the beach. Palm Beach, or Summer Bay as it's known on "Home and Away", is 15 minutes further north by car. If night life or a faster pace is more your style then Manly is less than half an hour by car, travelling South. From here the Manly ferry can take you across Sydney Harbour to the CBD for a day of sightseeing. The L90 bus is a 5 minute walk away on Barrenjoey Road and makes regular trips to and from the city. The spacious formal dining and living areas have recently been extensively renovated and flow effortlessly to a timber deck and alfresco dining and BBQ area. The stunning open plan kitchen is brand new and boasts Miele and Smeg appliances, stone benches and a large breakfast bar, perfect for informal dining. The plasma in the main living area is equipped with Foxtel and a DVD player. A 2nd living area (with DVD player only) at the other end of the home gives everyone their own space to relax and unwind.

Our Beachside Retreat is only five minutes walk through a beautiful Native Reserve to the Best Beach in the World. Nestled in a quiet part of Newport this amazing property lends itself to pure relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy our Peaceful Piece of Paradise!!Newport Luxury is independent accommodation within a large building. There are no shared areas in the building. Our neighborhood is very quiet, be respectful. Loud music, swearing, lewd behaviour will lead to immediate termination of stay.

Wonderful recently renovated property with a house and detached cottage to be rented together. Ideal location - everything closeby. Five bedrooms in total. Sleeps 13. A really comfortable home away from home. - Only 100m to Horderns beach! - Well equipped cook's kitchen - Two large decks to spread out and relax on - WiFi broadband - XL family size BBQ - Outdoor dining on the deck under umbrellas - Leafy native garden - Two outdoor showers - the best way to rinse off from the beach.

Completely renovated. Stylish, easy casual living with ocean glimpses from living area and ocean views from the top floor. Located opposite Wiltshire Park and is only a 400 metre stroll to the sands of Palm Beach and local cafes. Family friendly. Fully renovated including 4 brand new bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. All 3 bedrooms on the top floor have aircon. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas.
