New modern apartment (2021 82sqfit) on "the seine and statue of the liberty", best place for JO Paris 2024 . beautiful kitchen, massage room, infrared sauna, bedroom with big bath front of the seine. piano, dressing and big italien shower. appartment very safe with concierge 24/7 , you have a big maal "beaugrenelle center" ( shops, foods ) directly below the apartment. Effeil tower at 800meters.
