The National Mining Museum & Cannon Hall Farm are nearby, Peak District National Park, Leeds, York, Sheffield also within easy reach. Just 1 or 2 miles from M1 Junction 38 & 39. Set behind our farm, completely private cabin next to a large well stocked fishing lake, (no additional cost to fish just bring your own rod. Catch and release using our nets). Beautiful countryside views, local walks, cycling, close to local villages and lovely country pubs. Idyllic setting with private hot tub, decking area and gas barbeque to enjoy lovely romantic evenings. Hot tub cleaned between every client with fresh water. Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride.
