Stunning & Super stylish canal-side 5*apartment!

This stylish and spacious apartment is overlooking a picturesque canal full of lively bars & restaurants. A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Cosy Nest Apartment in authentic area of Venice

Apartment located in CANNAREGIO DISTRICT, ony a few steps from the Jewish Ghetto, in a lively area plenty of typical restaurants and wine bars for locals where you can taste “cicchetti” and drink “the spritz”. Cosy, bright and fully equipped. We have renovated it with the idea of creating a pleasant place for a romantic getaway. It is extremely silent, being situated in a building overlooking a small inner garden. It has an easy access both from Marco Polo Airport and from railway station.

This three-room luxurious apartment (65mq) has just been restored. Elegant, bright and comfortable, the apartment is characterised by a long balcony and consists of a spacious living area, a study room, and a bedroom. Perfect for couples, it is equipped with every comfort, including mosquito nets for windows, air conditioning and a large TV in the room. The unit is silent and located just outside the tourist flow in one of the most fascinating and lively neighbourhoods of Venice: Cannaregio.

Canal View Residence

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Bright apartment on the 1st floor, 10 minutes walking from the station and a step away from the Jewish Ghetto, close to the city center but at the same time out of the crowd. Fondamenta Ormesini offers the opportunity to sip an aperitif in one of the typical Venetian bars while enjoying the sunset. 50sqm composed of double bedroom, large bathroom, living area with kitchen and sofa bed; heating, a/c, excellent wifi. Il nostro grazioso appartamento di famiglia si trova nel cuore del sestiere di Cannaregio, a pochi passi dalla Stazione dei treni, dai mezzi pubblici e a un minuto dal Canal Grande. Pur trovandosi in una zona centralissima, vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche, la casa gode di una posizione che consente di vivere un’esperienza veramente local e veneziana a tutti gli effetti. L’intera casa, situata al secondo piano rialzato di un edificio storico, è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

An apartment of 75 squared meters ! Consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with panoramic views of the Cannaregio canal and Ponte delle Guglie, equipped with all comforts: Fridge,TV, Microwave, Dishwasher,Hairdryer, Air Conditioning,WI-FI. Vaporetto and Alilaguna stop for the airport are below the house.Train station is only 4/5 minutes away from the apartment and easily reachable by foot.The closest supermarket is also 2 minutes walking away from the apartment
