Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

TRF2 - Studio Room close to River Cam

This ground floor compact studio features a private bathroom and a convenient kitchenette, making it an ideal choice for most travelers. The room includes a standard double bed, wardrobe, study desk with a chair, and a television for your comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. Guests also have access to a larger communal kitchen for additional cooking needs. High-speed, reliable fibre-optic internet is available throughout the property.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Welcome to our cosy private studio in the Cherry Hinton area of Cambridge. Our studio has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge. Guests have the use of the entire apartment which consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen, living/dining room and decked patio area. Sorry no children or pets. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

Set over two floors, this bright and airy apartment features a spacious living area with high ceilings and a well-equipped kitchen and dining space. Ideal for couples, the flat comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a bedroom downstairs and futon sofa bed in the living area. You’ll also enjoy direct access to a small garden. 5 minutes from the train station, and surrounded by pubs, shops, and restaurants.

Stunning city ‘cabin’, double with en suite

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Self-contained Studio. Everything provided.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, air fryer, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Compact and modern ground floor room with private wetroom and entrance. We welcome guests of all nationalities and age, the languages we speak are: English, Hungarian and Italian. Happy to share our well-equipped kitchen with our guests. The house is close to shops, 5-minutes walk to ARM, 10 minutes from Addenbrooke's Hospital and 20-30 minutes bus ride to the city centre. Free car parking is available on the road, in front of the house.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

Very clean&cosy room, near Addenbrookes Hospital

Our home is very close to addenbrookes hospital. Bus to the city is only a 5 minute walk. Suitable area for students as well as visitors to the area. Rooms are fresh, clean and suitable for one person. Our property is located on a main road so there will be traffic noise. We live at the property and have grandchildren visit, so please expect some every day household noise.
