Situated in a peaceful lane ten minutes walk from the village centre and 2 pubs, the property has its own front door, well equipped kitchenette, modern shower and toilet, large lounge diner, inglenook and two double bedrooms. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.

Located in the rural village of Stocking Pelham in Herts, the surrounding area is perfect for country walks or cycling. Nearby pubs offer great beer and fabulous dining. A short drive away you have various attractions including Henry Moore, Audley End, and the lovely old market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge and Newmarket are not too far either.
