We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay for us (3 adults and 2 young children). A very comfortable stay with outstanding beds and lounge area. We loved the balcony offering a great extra space with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Great location close to amenities also.

The apartment was immaculate, great location in the middle of hamilton. Had everything we needed as a family of 4, we weren't around much as we were visiting friends but it was warm, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend if travelling to hamilton!

One of the comfiest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! The place was exactly as pictured — modern, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the umbrellas (both big and small!) and the dehumidifier, which made indoor laundry drying a breeze. Parking was super easy and convenient. You can even see your spot from the living room. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. The location was perfect for day trips to places like Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, and Rotorua. Highly recommend for anyone exploring the area!

Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Belinda’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was excellent for easy access to the wharf and the village. Beautiful views off the deck!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and tidy. It was quiet and peaceful all around, which made it very relaxing. Everything was just like the pictures. It was a very pleasant experience, and we would love to come back again.

Sabrina was very flexible with check-in time ,and the house met our needs entirely.

Dee's place was an awesome AirBnB, probably the best one I've experienced in New Zealand. It had pretty much everything a traveler could want, from cornflakes to a trampoline. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and well-heated. Dee also put in a lot of effort into creating a digital guidebook so guests can get any information about the house/area easily. 10/10!!

Lovely stay in a beautiful comfortable home. Great for our family as kids were in the pool each day and had an amazing outdoor family/entertaining space. Close to several beaches and shops, would definitely stay again.

Nice and central. Very clean and tidy. Close to railway track but earplugs provided so didn’t hear train noise through the night at all. Would recommend for city events as short uber ride or walking distance.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.
