The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

This place was great to visit DC, and a much cheaper alternative to a hotel. We arrived very late and she was very accommodating. would recommend!

Great above-garage apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and comfortable king bed with walk in closet. Location is directly off the highway but not at all noisy. Had a little trouble finding the location (I accidentally drove past it the first time) but eventually realized I was at the wrong place. 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis.

Stephanie really a great host! Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Modern kitchen fitted with classy appliances. Comfy bed and linen, spotless bathroom, all with a twist of artistic decoration. Location wise is close to downtown and white house. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

This is one of the best BnBs I have stayed in! Clean, equipped all you need, and I enjoyed the location as it was close enough to Nats park & the National Mall but the neighborhood feels quiet and calm, especially with the yard being fenced in… it felt safe for our family! We also kept talking about how comfortable the king bed was! The hosts are also very responsive & helpful. 10/10 recommend!

my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shaunas. it was comfortable, clean, and a quiet neighborhood. the patio was a beautiful comfortable place to hang out and relax, with our morning coffee, reading a book and grilling dinner too. I give this rental a 5 star rating. Shauna also responded to any questions we had within 2 minutes. very responsive. we will stay again on our next visit to D.C.

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

This is a small basement apartment in an older home. There is separate entrance, but you need to get the key from the host. There is a beautiful small garden where you can relax. The host is a very nice and gregarious person.

Our other reservation canceled on us at the very last minute. We were in a panic but these host accommodated us last minute. We were super grateful. The house was a fun older home. We had one question for the host and they responded in less than 5 minutes. It was the perfect split between Solomon’s and PF for our work trip.

We rented to attend a family wedding… we were close to everything so the venue was perfect. We enjoyed this home where the host has thought of everything-including a welcome basket which was wonderful. Home was clean and met our needs. We loved the back porch and really enjoyed hanging out there as a family. Our host was responsive and friendly to all our questions. We would highly recommend this home!

thanks so much for the lovely stay. I thought it was so sweet they reached out to ask if it was okay to do some light decorations for christmas. I appreciate the consideration and loved them. when I arrived at the home one of the smoke detectors was chirping and I offered to replace it if they could tell me where some batteries were. bill came over right away and took care of the chirping detector. I really appreciate that.

We had and excellent stay and the house was gorgeous. Kate communicated clearly and was very compassionate about why we needed to be there; one of our best friends funeral. She understood our issues and made it very convenient for my myself and the other guests. If you need a place in the area it's by far the first and only choice to make! Thank you again, Kate. Beautiful, relaxing, multi-family house right on the water. The outdoor space is huge and completely fenced in so our kids and dogs could run free safely. The house itself is full of things to do (karaoke machine, hot tub, ping pong, etc.), and is also really close to several state parks, beaches, and more. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway to acclimate our new 4 legged family member to being away from home and hearing and seeing new sights and sounds. The fenced yard was great to give him some freedom and peace of mind for us. We loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and to restaurants in the evening.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Well stocked kitchen. Water and snacks provided. Extra paper towels and 2 ply TP! Easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the place was very instrumental in making sure it was that way. The place is well located, clean and consistent with the description in every way.

Our family of six adults fit comfortably in this condo. We chose it because of the historical neighborhood charm, walk ability to the Metro, and the amenities provided, and we were very satisfied. Nice touches provided such as complimentary bottle of wine, games, and chargeable metro cards. Would highly recommend!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Our stays at Anthony's condo have always been wonderful. His condo has all of the amenities listed and was always thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. When you need a home away from home it makes a huge difference if the host is professional, thoughtful and responsive. We truly cannot thank Anthony enough for being such an amazing host.
