Чудове розташування, чисте та нове помешкання, гарна тераса. Знаходиться біля гарного парку. До центру 20хв пішки,поряд зупинки трамваю. Є пекарня, продуктові магазини зовсім поряд. Це помешкання краще для двох людей, диван не дуже зручний як для спального місця. У ванній поганий стік води. В цілому залишились задоволенні.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Douwe even gave an extra bed as there were 4 of us. They also prepare some stroop waffles as welcome snack :) Location was really convenient and located in a quiet street. Douwe was also very accommodating and helpful during check in & check out. Will definitely recommend the apartment!

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf bij Petra. We werden persoonlijk ontvangen door Petra zelf en kregen een tourtje door de studio. Het is gelegen dichtbij het centrum en prima bereikbaar!

Fantastic stay at Eric's place. Nice, modern and quiet place to stay just north of the city center. Easy access to bus or tram. Helpful reception staff and great communication. Highly recommend staying here, will definitely stay here again when I'm in Amsterdam.

Erg goed geplaatst om de stad te bezoeken, prima bedden, rustig buiten 's nachts. Ook binnen. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. En n prima host.

Hôte très réactif et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est bien équipé et agréable, juste une deuxième chambre un peu étroite. Le barbecue n'était pas nettoyé, mais vu que la cuisine était bien équipée, nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Emplacement proche du centre et d'une station de tram. Je recommande.

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Sandys Haus. Die Kinder fanden den Spielplatz und den Fußballplatz direkt vor der Tür super. Insbesondere Familien kann ich das Haus empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt und Edmond aan Zee ein wunderbares Ziel. Der Kontakt mit Nannij war äußerst sympathisch und herzlich. Alles was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht ist in ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll und die Ausstattung super. Unsere Kinder haben das Trampolin geliebt. Auch dass wir jeden Tag Segelboote sehen konnten und mit dem Blick aufs Wasser gegessen haben war super. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall Fahrräder mitzunehmen, denn zum nächsten Supermarkt sind das einige Kilometer. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, wird sich hier gut erholen können. Vielen Dank an den sehr sympathischen Gastgeber. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass unsere Tochter während des Aufenthaltsgeburtstag hatte und sogar eine Torte vom Gastgeber und eine Girlande geschenkt bekommen hat. Sie hat sich sehr darüber gefreut. :-)

Magnifique logement dans rue tranquille et a proximité immédiate des commerces (ouvert de 10h a 17h pour la plus part), du bord d'eau et de son port Le moins c'est le stationnement, il faut se garer au parking Pelmolenpad pour payer 3,4 à la journée Le logement est très spacieux, propre, équipements et produits +++++,dommage on n a pas pu profiter des terrasses Jan nous a acceuilli tres chaleureusement, hote reactif et discret Je recommande+++

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. Anjas, Wohnung liegt günstig in mitten (Jahreszeit bedingt 🙃) wunderschöner Tulpenfelder. Zum Strand ist nur eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto - aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sehr gut machbar. Für uns war die Wohnung ein sehr guter Standort um die Umgebung zu erkunden und lang Spaziergänge am Strand zu machen. Die Beach Pavillons am Strand sind Extraklasse. Freundlich - zuvorkommend - preislich fair! (Da kennen wir anderes auf der DE Seite der Nordsee 😉. Alles in allem: we‘ll be back All the best Esther and Oliver

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Wij zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen en waren voor de 2e keer in het appartement. De ligging is erg centraal in bergen en te voet binnen 10 minuten van het centrum. Het appartement is erg ruim, schoon, heel mooi gestyled en zeer comfortabel. Wij zullen zeker een volgende keer weer boeken.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

Our weekend was very nice and the appartment is truly special :) The interior and the decoration is very interesting and you discover something new all the time. You just need to be aware that there are two steep stairs in the appartment which might cause some issues for people who are not really fit. If that is not a problem for you you should definetly go there :)

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!

Tastefully decorated house with a great view and calm neighbourhood right outside the city center. We didn't had wifi due to a service disruption and it was missing some basic things like a kettle (or we just couldn't find it), but otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks John!
