Raj and Pavitra's place felt like home from the beginning and it was very peaceful. Every tiny detail has been taken care of and it is cute and cosy. The view and birds chirping is the perfect combination in the morning to have while sipping coffee. We will surely visit again.

Ansh is a helpful and accommodating host. He's very responsive to his guest's needs. His place is quite comfortable. He sends housekeepers by every day. So you can really enjoy your stay. On an unrelated note, watch out for the street food... you insides may revolt.

Great place to stay with family especially with kids . The society is well situated near Baga. Famous restaurants around within 500 m. Can’t ask for more !! Highly recommend

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo! From start to finish, we felt more than comfortable. It had everything we needed, and MORE. We were welcomed in-person, given clear instructions, and were always able to communicate with our hostess. The location is perfect to get around North Goa, and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Just a short walk and we saw the best sunset in North Goa. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you for everything!

William provides a spacious, well equipped property right in the heart of Anjuna, only 5 mins walk from all the major sun downers and within yards of great restaurants and supermarkets. the property itself is in a gated, well maintained community with 24/7 security. cleaning services are also offered daily at your discretion. A/C in both major spaces in the apartment is a critical feature during the hot Goa days and nights. the place looks exactly like the pictures and we found it a great place to relax and unwind after days and nights of exploring Anjuna. William is attentive, responsive and happy to provide recommendations for the local area and vendors as well as answer any questiins about the property. We will be back to Anjuna again and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. 5-Stars.

This place is really well placed with all the go to places nearby and approachable. Sahil promptness about your stay is what you are gonna like the most. The home feels like home.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It was absolutely lovely staying here, the villa is part of a gated community with amenities like Tennis, pickleball, squash, gym, games room, a big swimming pool while the villa itself is super clean with amazing interiors and has a private pool of itself. The Host is great, very responsive, you can get in touch with him anytime and he will help you out in anything You need. Overall it is one the best places to stay in North Goa, You’ll want to keep returning to this place again and again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3BHK villa in Siolim! The home is thoughtfully designed, with every corner exuding a warm, inviting vibe. Located on a gentle hill slope, it offers stunning views from the second floor — sunrise especially was magical, with plenty of birds to watch and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. Despite feeling tucked away in nature, it’s very conveniently located to explore Goa. The pool was always clean and refreshing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and prompt throughout our stay. Overall, it’s one of those rare places where everything comes together perfectly - design, location, vibe, and hospitality. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Goa and would love to return myself!
