This was one of the top experiences we've had in terms of stay. The appartment is located in a gated community with lush greenery and ample things to do. Baga beach is at a walkable distance and the host was very proactive and easy to communicate with 😌.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I had an incredible 3-day stay at Vallabh's place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sea-facing 4BHK apartment at Dona Paula was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony – the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the sunset. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. Each room was well-equipped with cozy beds, air conditioning, and ample space for relaxation. The living area was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the lockbox system was extremely convenient. Siddharth was an exceptional caretaker, always responsive and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaurav's place in Goa! The accommodation was lovely and instantly made us feel at home. The room had beautiful ambient lighting, a cute and functional kitchen, and a spotless clean bathroom. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and very close to local markets, cafes, and some great restaurants and sundowner spots. It made our trip super convenient, especially for those spontaneous plans! Aakash was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. He shared helpful local recommendations and even arranged a contact for scooter rentals, which made getting around easy. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a lively yet accessible area of Goa. Would love to come back!

The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. Every staff were very approachable and available whenever required for cleaning, admin assistance etc. Well maintained property with luxury, privacy, clean and close to beach

It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! It really exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

The AirBnB is located very close to the beach so it was quite convenient as we did not have to take out the car each time we wanted to go to the beach. The place was clean and the hosts are very responsive. There was a caretaker on the property, who was quite helpful. The pool is a shared pool but it was clean. One of the rooms had dampness, which we informed the hosts and they said they'll take care of it. Apart from that a good place to stay in especially because of the proximity to the beach.

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. My family came to Henry's place after spending 2 weeks in Delhi. This being their first time in India, this peaceful beach home was exactly what they needed. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The house is located just steps away from a surprisingly quiet part of Calangute beach - a detail that we welcomed given that it was high season. Tons of good places to eat are within walking distance. It was also super easy to get a cab to explore different parts of the Goan coast, even late at night. Henry was also very caring in looking out for us. My step dad fell ill with a cold early into our stay and Henry checked in regularly to make sure he had the care he needed. The house keeper, Sumitra, is also incredibly helpful and picked up after us and did our laundry (something we're definitely not used to in America). Overall I'd highly recommend Henry's place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.

It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.
