We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The place gave us privacy. It was small but fits all 15 adults and an infant. It’s clean and Bernard is responsive to all my questions. He is easy to deal with and friendly. All the amenities listed were there but had a minor issue with the videoke as it stopped working right after 2 songs but since my niece brought her portable one, we didn’t bother with it na. Will book again when I’m in town and need a place in Tagaytay. Thanks Bernard 😊

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. Victoria’s place was our home away from home for 3 days. The caretaker stays in the compound, so if any problem arises, it was easily addressed. Victoria was also very responsive for answering any of the questions I had. My family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend her big house and will definitely be back there to stay whenever I’m in the area.

Really lucky to have found this place for my daughters 13th birthday! We all enjoyed and had a wonderful time! a hidden gem that is just an hour or so away from the metro. if you fancy calm late afternoon or early morning walks, this place is perfect with constant cool breeze. super relaxing! There's a street across where you'll find Aratiles trees! Very nostalgic! me and my sister was taken back in time! we will definitely go back here! Our stay in Tagaytay was amazing, thanks to Miguel’s wonderful Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cool Tagaytay breeze. Miguel was an excellent host: super friendly, quick to respond, and gave us great local tips. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

We had an amazing stay in your place. We really felt right at home. Super clean and cozy. Everything we need is here and there are lots of resorts nearby. 7/11 and some restaurants are walkable. Our family loved the place! The place was spacious! It was better than the photos. The place is equipped with what we need. The beach was really good for kids because it is shallow, sandy, and has no waves. Will definitely try to book the house again

Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests! Perfect stay if you're a big group. Should've booked one extra day to enjoy all the amenities since we used the place as accoms lang for a concert >< 10/10 will book again.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!
