It has 30m2 terrace at the rooftop where you´ll enjoy amazing views over Almudaina Royal Palace and top of the Cathedral. MARsuites 4 is located at the fourth floor of MARsuites building. It has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. It has a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There are a few steps that will lead you up to the roof top and the amazing terrace. It has 30m2 where you´ll be able to relax, get tanned, enjoy dinner or read a book. There are 2 hammocks and a table with chairs. There is also a sink and a shower to refresh in the warm days. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon request. Views: The location in one of the widest streets in Old Town, allows our guests to enjoy privilege views over Almudaina Royal Palace and the top Cathedral providing brightness to all of our accommodation units

100mt2 apartment in a charming villa, walking distance to the beach: a large living room with smart TV, a couch, and a new air-conditioner. A furnished kitchen. The main bedroom with a kingsize bed 180x200cm, and a new air-conditioner. The second bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm convertible into a doublebed, and a new air-conditioner. The main bathroom with a bathtub. The second bathroom with a shower. A south-facing patio and a BBQ area. - A baby cot, a baby chair, beach toys. The swimming pool area has a shower, three sun umbrellas with sets of sun-beds, and is only in common with guests, if any, of the first floor apartment. There is a large private parking lot for up to three cars. You can easily park the car from the gate and enter the villa. We are a young couple with a little kid completely immersed and fond of the island. We live the Island exploring and astonishing everytime by its magnificent beauties, so once you will arrive and bases on your taste we will be happy to share with you our recommendations.
