Villa Kiku Ibiza: Excellent location and value

A totally redecorated, light and spacious villa just a few minutes drive from all the hot spots of Ibiza such as the beaches and night life. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Chill out in the pool or the Bali style garden beds, fire up the BBQ, work on your tan in one of the many sun decks. Have a good laugh with your friends around the huge wooden terrace table or simply relax on your own in one of the other smaller terraces. This villa is perfect for groups of friends and families.

Sa Paissa is a spacious authentic country house, offering 5 bedrooms on 450m2 on two levels sits on 2000m2 of land in a palm tree garden within walking distance to Es Cubells village.You can enjoy from the house of panoramic sea views.Property is full gated, 12 meters pool facing the sea, big outdoor kitchen with dining place 14 people. Lots of nice outdoors seating and lounging areas. Main house 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , in the garden a lovely studio with a bathroom. Nice billard area.

Beautiful villa good location.

Preciosa Villa ibicenca situada en un valle en Benimussa a medio camino entre San José y San Rafael. La villa se encuentra rodeada de espectaculares jardines y grandes terrazas en los que se podrán disfrutar de las vistas al campo y al mar para contemplar las mejores puestas de sol. La gran finca de 40.000 metros cuadrados asegura una completa intimidad para los huéspedes. Se encuentra a tan solo 20min. de las maravillosas playas de cala conta o cala d'hort.

The Villa offers an amazing view and sunset. Mediterranean decoration in its 4 rooms and in the dining room, overlooking the bay of San Antonio. The terrace lends itself to quiet meetings during the day and night, contemplating the saltwater infinity pool, with the sea in the background. Only 7 minutes from Sant Rafael, the villa is in the center of the island, a few minutes from any place of Ibiza. The property is fenced, fully equipped and has alarm.

Amazing & Luxury villa in D’en Bossa beach area

Fantastic summer house perfect for your holidays located in the quietest area of Bossa’s beach with a big open air chill area space , a brand new pool, surrounded of trees , green palms and flowers. Only 10 minutes away from the airport, only 2 blocks to the beach and only 8 minutes by walking to Ushuaia & Hi Club. Close to super markets and restaurants so no needs to rent a car. Minimal age for booking is 25 years old.

Can Rin, exclusiva villa con jardín y piscina privados, vistas al mar y a la bahía de San Antonio. Idealmente situada en un residencial muy tranquilo y selecto, donde disfrutar del sol y la naturaleza. La casa es amplia, cómoda y elegante, de estilo mediterráneo y todo en ella es de calidad. Muy bien comunicada a Ibiza por autovía, muy cerca de Sant Josep y las mejores playas, próxima a todos los servicios habituales.
