Cala Deia. Mejores vistas en Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

The beautiful Finca Son Piris is situated in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes from the cute village of Es Llombards. The finca was completely renovated and refurnished in December 2024. A beautiful pool, an idyllic outdoor area and a spacious house with three bedrooms and a small spa with infrared sauna, ice bath and relaxation zone offer enough space for a wonderful holiday. The nearest bays and the town Santanyí with supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.

Casa tradicional reconvertida en espectacular espacio para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. Situada en la parte más alta y tranquila del pueblo. Vistas increíbles a un entorno único. Habitaciones espaciosas, decoración mediterránea. Disfruta de todas las comodidades en el pueblo más auténtico de Mallorca. El acceso es peatonal y con varios tramos de escaleras, pero la recompensa está en los impresionantes atardeceres que verás desde la terraza. Hay un parking público a 8 minutos de la propiedad.

AlmaHome. Típica vivienda de 2 plantas a 100 m de la playa. La planta baja consta de sala de estar, comedor, aseo, cocina totalmente equipada, terraza exterior y gran patio jardín de 100 m² en la parte posterior comunicado con el garaje con capacidad para entrar varios coches y un gran porche , coladuría con otro inodoro y lavabo. La planta superior consta de 1 dormitorio doble con 2 camas y 3 dormitorios individuales con 1 cama. 1 baño con ducha y lavabo. Zona de trabajo y una terraza.

LA CASITA:Charming Mallorquin house in Valldemossa

Encantadora casa de piedra en el corazón de Valldemossa, en plena Sierra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad, UNESCO). Completamente renovada, conservando su carácter mallorquín y perfectamente equipada con vistas a la montaña y aire acondicionado. Se ubica en el casco antiguo de Valldemossa, en una calle muy silenciosa, con pequeñas callejuelas acogedoras decoradas con macetas. El aparcamiento se encuentra a 5 minutos andando, al igual que el trasporte publico.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Ideal house for hikers, cyclists, families (with children) or any person who wants to enjoy our endearing landscapes full of peace, gastronomy and Mallorcan culture. The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Su ubicación en el residencial barrio de Cala Blava, a tan solo 200 metros del mar como muestran las fotografías y a 15 minutos de Palma, la convierte en el lugar ideal para relajarse durante sus vacaciones.
