Beautiful Modern Style & Location

Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

❤️Close to Beach Apt. w/Free PKG⭐️

My home is in Levittown w/FULL kitchen, NO STAIRS & reliable solar power system and water. It's a secure and fantastic neighborhood in a great location with a mix of locals and tourists. If you are looking for a Puerto Rican authentic flavor, this is the place! Just 15 min away from the touristic zone, 8 min. from the Bacardi Distillery and 10- 15 min walk to the beach. Come to Puerto Rico a great place to have a pleasant vacation at an affordable price! You will love the area and your stay!

Charming Centric Location San Juan 15min Beach 2A

This Charming Home has a NICE Private Big Nature sound Patio Terrace and NEAR Beautiful Beach, Art and Culture Old San Juan, 24hr Restaurants, 4DX Movie Theater, Shopping Malls, Dance & Sports Bars Nightlife. You’ll LOVE IT because of the Big Roku TV, Gel Queen Bed, Luxury Bed Sheets, the Terrace at Night. My place is GREAT for Couples, Adventurers, Business, Families, and *Trained Pets. Its in a Strategic Location in a Middle Class Safe Neighborhood. 15min drive to almost all main Attraction!

Dolce Oasis: Centric and cozy studio @ Isla Verde

Cozy and centric apartment @ Isla Verde with direct access to this beautiful beach (beachfront building). Just 5 minutes away from SJU International Airport. Several restaurants and eating places @ walking distance. A bank right across the street and a supermarket just a 2 minute walk. - 10 minutes from Condado/Ashford Ave. - 15-18 minutes from Old San Juan Historic Site - 15 minutes from Hato Rey Financial District - 15-18 minutes away from Plaza Las Americas (biggest mall of the Caribbean)

San Juan Cozy apartment

Comfortable 1 room apartment with (A/C), in a 3 apt house with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa, 1 remodeled bathroom and a new full kitchen with everything you may need. It has its own private entrance with key box. SmartTV with Netflix included and WI-FI. It is located (in car) 10mins from the Airport, 15mins from beach, 15 mins from Condado and Piñones, and 20mins from Old San Juan and Plaza Las Americas. 5min near Escorial Plaza Mall area, 24/hr wall-Mart, fast foods, restaurants and rental cars.

Bright apt w/ terrace in hip area steps to beach!

A short walk to Ocean Park Beach --San Juan’s best-- this fully-renovated, light-filled one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the vibrant hipster scene of Loíza and McLeary streets, full of art, gastronomic and bar offerings. The beautiful place is nicely furnished with contemporary furniture and fine African tribal & 20th c. Latin American art, and includes an intimate terrace, great for relaxing evening drinks. Free off-street parking may be available; please inquire about it.

Casa Ocean 204 @ Ocean Park w/wifi & b/u Generator

Casa Ocean apartment studio 204 has everything you need to feel at home. Its a cozy suite fit for 2 with a Queen size bed. Its a cozy suite fit for 2 on the second floor of a 4 apartment complex, just a half a block to the well known McLeary and Loiza Streets; right in the heart of Ocean Park. A short 5 min walk to the beach, eateries, and bars while secluded in total privacy. Half way between the Airport and Old San Juan! The property has a back up power generator and WIFI.

Yunque Rainforest getaway

Casa elYunque Rainforest is located in the a few minutes from trails and waterfalls. At night you will be able to see the sky view chasing stars, hear the beautiful sound of the coquis . The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, two balconys, private parking, and a garden with herbs that you can use when cooking with the fully equipped kitchen. Sleep 4, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and two futons in the living room. You won’t regret your stay.

Modern & fully renovated apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and new furniture. Luxury Studio apartment with ocean view, located in the heart Condado, prime location. One free parking spot included. 2-minute walk to the beach right across the street. Walking distance to all local restaurants, bars, casino. Health food store (called Fresh Mart, very similar to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) right next to the lobby. Walgreens & CVS within 2 blocks walking.

Beachside Getaway @ Isla Verde

Just a couple of steps from the beach, enjoy our beautiful 1 bedroom apart, located in the best part of Isla Verde. Fall asleep while listening to the waves and admire the views of the ocean from the balcony. Choose from two different strips of white sand, as this location has easy access to both Isla Verde and Pinegrove. Both beaches are great for swimming, walking, water sports or just relaxing on the sand. Pinegrove is also known for its surfing.
