I enjoyed every minute of my stay in this spacious, light-filled and homey apartment in the peaceful and green neighborhood of Neve Avivim in the vicinity of the Tel Aviv university, only twenty minutes away walking distance to a beautiful beach, and twenty minutes away bus ride to the center of Tel Aviv. There are several small shopping centers in the vicinity with ample coffee shops and restaurants where the locals hang out. This is a perfect location if you are looking for a central and vibrant but quiet area with ample parking.

כבר בתגובה הלבבית הראשונה ניתן היה להרגיש את הכנסת האורחים ואת החמימות. כל שאלה שלי (והיו לא מעט) נענתה בסבלנות ובאדיבות והורגש מאוד שבצד השני יש אדם שאכפת לו מטובת והנאת האורחים שלו. הגענו לדירה קבוצה של חברות טובות מכל רחבי הארץ כדי לחגוג ביחד בסופ"ש אירוע חשוב לכולנו והדירה ענתה על כל הצרכים שלנו ואפילו מעבר. הכל היה מאורגן ומסודר, הוראות ברורות לכל דבר, פינוקים קטנים שחיכו לנו, הדירה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות והכל היה מאוד נוח ונגיש. רוב הקבוצה שומרת שבת והדירה מאובזרת בדיוק לצרכינו כולל מעלית שבת, יציאה מאוחרת במוצ"ש וכל מה שצריך בדירה עצמה. ממליצה בחום!

The apartment is larger than it seems in pictures and it is very well equipped. There is a lot of attention to details, we found plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom, as well as water bottles, coffee, snacks and even yogurt in the fridge. I can’t say much about the kitchen, because we only used the Nespresso machine there. The attached parking space is a huge plus for those who arrive there by car. All-in-all, I would like to be able to stay there again.

The flat was perfect for our requirements but the big plus is the location. The beach is right opposite and the marina with all its shops and restaurants is a lovely 10 minute walk. The apartment set up with the mezzanine floor is quirky and adds to the character of the apartment.

Really nice apartment, new and tidy. We had almost all we needed including kitchen amenities, bath products and more.

התארחנו בפסח שני זוגות חברים עם 4 ילדות קטנות. הביתה היה מאובזר לגמרי, מרווח, נקי ונעים. יש בבית חדר עם אמבטיה וחדר עם מקלחון ובנוסף, היה גם לול וכיסא אוכל לתינוקת. היתרון המרכזי הוא החצר המקסימה שמלאה בפינות ישיבה ומשחק עבורנו ועבור הילדות. הג'קוזי היה נעים וחם עם מים נקיים. נתן היה מסביר פנים, הסביר לנו הכל והיה זמין עבורנו. נהנינו מאוד, תודה!

This is our second stay in this lovely apartment. Michelle is a great host - always responsive. The apartment is perfect for two people but would be quite a squeeze for more than that. Walk to the beautiful beach is just under one mile - passing by some shops and restaurants on the way. I highly recommend this rental.

This is a great location. The port is walkable which provides access to restaurants bakeries and playgrounds. It’s close to a library and another playground for smaller children which was perfect for us. The host is responsive and he even left us a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. I would be happy to book again when visiting Tel Aviv.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

חייב לומר שזכיתי לחוויה יוצאת דופן. המיקום מושלם, הניקיון ללא דופי, והאווירה משדרת אלגנטיות וחשיבה על כל פרט. המארחים הפגינו רמה גבוהה של שירות, אדיבות ותשומת לב, שהפכו את השהות לחוויה נעימה במיוחד. מקום שמשלב סטנדרטים גבוהים עם תחושת בית!

Couldn’t be better. Apartment so nice, can cook, host guests, very comfortable. Neighbors very kind and friendly. Has everything needed to cook and host friends. Very spacious, light, airy, nice breezes. Felt at home immediately. Would definitely stay again.

We liked the place it was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures I highly recommend Zion is very friendly host he replied us always , was very flexible at the check out times We will definitely go back again

The apartment is big spacious. Very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen and multiple towels for the house and for the beach. The pool is very nice and not crowded even in August and the beach is great and very close. Dedicated parking for two cars was very good to have in this area. Lionel was very helpful. He communicated frequently explained everything in the apartment and the area. When we needed something tablets for the dish washer he came especially to the apartment to bring some. We had a great experience and would love to come again

Perfect stay for a couple. Tomer was extremely easy to deal with. His apartment is ready for you to just go and enjoy. It is unbelievable all the little extras he leaves for his guests. The area is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is so easy. Look forward to going again

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

Shia and Miriam‘s place was exceptional. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s in Israel and this one stood out for its amazing attention to detail, cleanliness and minimal styling. Definitely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had at in Israel, way better than most spots in Tel Aviv or Ra’anana. They were amazing hosts - helping me resolve the two minor issues that occurred super quickly and I felt like the attention and care that they showed is reflected in the quality of the place. Highly recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back.

סהר מארח מצויין היה זמין גם בשעה מאוחרת, מתחילת השיחה ווידא את כלל התנאים בקשות מיוחדות לפני שאישר את ההזמנה,בחור ישר וכנה, אמין ושירותי, יחס אישי גמיש ונעים. המקום של סהר נראה ממש כמו בתמונות. מקום קומפקטי מודרני ומזמין והכי חשוב שקט. בנוסף למחיר הנוח והמזמין. ממליץ בחום! המון הצלחה סהר היקר!

It was a great place! Everyone liked it, it was easy to communicate with the host and the location was beautiful. Even though the apartment had very nice furniture some things could have been a bit more clean like the jacuzzi or bbq grill. The builiding is old and the surrounding buildings are falling apart, but the beach and promenade right in front of the airbnb were 5 stars. Would go back there again!

מקום מושלם לנפוש המקום כמו בתיאור יפה ומרווח ומואר נוף מטורף של חוף סירנית גקוזי מפנק מול הים הכל מושקע והכל איכותי יש במקום גריל גז הבעלים היה זמין מההזמנה ועד לסוף השהות עזר בכל מה שהיה צריך, נתן לנו הרגשה ממש טובה בקיצור ממליץ בחום, כי זה מקום מושקע ואיכותי עם נוף מטורף ומארח אדיב מה צריך יותר מזה

my best stay yet, great host great house and everything was nice and on place- had a great time!!!
