Stunning & Super stylish canal-side 5*apartment!

This stylish and spacious apartment is overlooking a picturesque canal full of lively bars & restaurants. A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Canal View Residence

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Room N:5- Design and canal view.

Room N.5 - Design and Canal View - Loft design for two people equipped with every comfort. Great view of the Santa Marina canal. Possible private access by taxi during the day. It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. Restaurants, bars, typical Venetian taverns, and supermarkets are all within a few minutes walk. NB : NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7 PM

Delizioso e comodo appartamento al centro di Padova, città ricca di arte e cultura e vicina a Venezia. In posizione pratica, vicino a Centro storico, trasporti pubblici e Fiera Campionaria. Alloggio accogliente e luminoso, al quarto e ultimo piano di una palazzina, dotata di elevatore; dalla terrazza coperta lo sguardo spazia fino ai colli Euganei. 100sqm open space. Private panoramic rooftop terrace with table. Wi-Fi, A/C, dishwasher. 5th floor, no elevator, 4 flights of steep stairs. Old city center: between Rialto Bridge and San Marco square. 2 double rooms and 1 double sofa bed. Check-in from 3pm to 8pm. Early check-in from 11.30 am (ask at the booking if possible for us). Conta con un comodo soggiorno con cucina integrata, due camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto principale conta con un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera con un letto a castello.
