'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

These former stables have been thoughtfully converted into three luxurious, contemporary holiday homes situated within the owners grounds in a semi-rural location which is well situated for exploring all the North West has to offer. The Maples is an ideal retreat from which to enjoy a host of activities and places to visit. The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near the seaside village of Knott-End-On-Sea . Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Moss Edge Farm (Apartment)

The apartment is modern and stylish in a comfortable relaxing countryside environment *Hot tub is for your sole use only* We are approximately 20mins drive to Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston with J33 M6 15 mins away. We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. Onsite is our own brewery Farm Yard Brew Co which has street food every weekend and live music fortnightly more information on their website

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).

Rhubarb Cottage - Dog friendly

Rhubarb Cottage was built in 1855 and is a quaint white cottage with a modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It has views over Newers Wood and easy access to Fluke Hall beach. Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.

Luxury Loft at Claughton Hall

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Lowfield Barn

Set in private grounds, with plenty of room for families (and pets!), Lowfield is a converted barn, which is close to Lancaster University and an ideal base for exploring the North West and Lake District. The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms (1 twin), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/diner, utility and garden room/lounge. Public transport links to Lancaster, ample parking and local knowledge for exploring the North West!
