This property was the old parish room which we have sympathetically given a make over. Lots of original features have been untouched. Sunny, two bed, self contained, annexe on pleasant tree lined road with views over open countryside. Stylishly decorated with spacious lounge, modern bathroom and kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Sole use of patio to the rear in beautiful garden. Parking on private drive. Situated just one mile from the centre of Tamworth with its Saxon castle, church and snow dome. Local attractions include Drayton Manor, the Belfry golf course, Kingsbury Water Park, Conkers Activity Resort amongst others

The apartment is on 3 floors within a grade II listed building. The kitchen is spacious with a log burner and all the nice appliances such as an American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, range cooker, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The glass-blown staircase leads up to the the snug and dressing room, which is cosy, off this is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and an infa-red sauna. The staircase in the snug leads up to the bedroom which is under a beautiful array of beams.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
