Our cabin is located 12 miles out of Franklin, NC near the Little Tennessee River. We are in easy traveling distance to whitewater rafting, kayaking both flat water and whitewater, fly fishing rivers, gem mining, zip lining, horseback riding, Deep Creek tubing, river tubing , The Appalachian Trail, hiking trails, waterfalls, Smoky Mountain Train excursions, Cherokee attractions/casino, Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, Elk viewings and Biltmore Estate in Asheville.

A cozy private downstairs apartment with a separate entrance, located in a quiet upscale neighborhood, in walking distance to downtown Franklin. In the early mornings or at dusk, look for the deer that frequent the property. Often you will see fawns frolicking in the field under the fruit trees. A 100 year old corn crib harkens back to the early days when this land was part of a working farm.

A cozy rustic hideaway with mountain valley views. it is stunning to watch the sun/moon rise from the deck or porch. Walk down the driveway to enjoy the bubbling creek or play in the field. Has a queen bed and a full futon. There is a cooktop, microwave, and small fridge, kitchen and a shower. I am pet friendly, but please enter them in your reservation so we can prepare for all of the guests.
