The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

this place is located on central campus and it's super nostalgic for anyone who used to live here! 10/10 recommend. Haley was a great host and made checking in and out super easy. worth the money!

The apartment was perfect! The work space was great and it already has a display screen. Mohmeet checked in during my stay and was very proactive. I will definitely stay here again. The walls are pretty thin. It didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper it could be a bother.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family reunion. The bed was super comfortable, the pool was so nice to go sit out by and I loved the screened in porch 😍

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Larger than it looked in the pictures and nice fit and finish. First time renting and finding and getting the key was some serious James Bond stuff. Restaurants are nearby and walkable. Used the street parking at night and left the next day.

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Convenient and functional place for a weekend stay. Delana was flexible and kind, accepting our last-minute reservation without a problem. The location is good, and the area is safe and peaceful. This is not a luxury stay, but it is a comfortable, practical option.

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

We had a wonderful day and were even greeted by a thoughtful, thank you card and bottle of wine. The homeless spotless, well appointed and beautiful. It was a lovely surprise to find Native brand, body wash shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. A quiet, comfortable stay and a solid five stars . Thank you !

Loved our stay at JoLynn's home! Great location 15 minutes from Duke's campus. House was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our group of 9, plenty of linens/towels, well-equipped kitchen (including plenty of thoughtful snacks and Keurig pods), and lovely back screened porch perfect for enjoying the beautiful spring weather. Would absolutely return on a future trip to Durham!

My husband and I recently stayed at this home for five nights. It is in a great location, very close to the North Hills area in Raleigh. It was very quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend this home.
