The house worked perfectly for our group! We thoroughly enjoyed the space and quiet neighborhood.

Jake was very accommodating. With the Hurricane destruction that had occurred, Jake still went out of his way to make sure myself and the guests were heard and seen and made to feel safe.

WONDERFUL. Mark and Kimberly really set the bars with the home and communication! They were quick to respond always helpful! The home was beautiful it was just what we needed! We were only 15 min from downtown Morganton but still got to experience the mountains with the location. 10/10 we will definitely be booking again!

First time on lake James and it blew us away! Andrew’s home was a perfect fit for us to be able to enjoy the surroundings!

This was our first time to Lake James and we are definitely coming back! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had everything in great supply. Like others have written, the house is bigger than the pics let on. Susan was proactive with making sure we had the address, codes, etc before we arrived and very responsive if we had a question. All in all, it was a great time with the family!

Nice, last minute weekend getaway for us! The house is very spacious and clean. The pool was very relaxing and the scenic view was amazing. Kerri's place is in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice view of the Lake. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was decorated nicely and furnished with all the amenities required for a nice stay. The living room was big with very comfy furniture and throw pillows for increased comfort. Kerri was a great hostess, and gave easy instructions with information on local cuisine and attractions. Copper Penny Grill was across the street on the lake and was very good! The close proximity to our son and his family was an extra bonus! Thanks Kerri for the nice stay!

Sela’s place was ideal for our sisters’ getaway! It was easy to find and not far off the interstate. We especially loved the quiet, country setting and watching the birds each morning from the living room window. The house was very clean, everything worked as it should, and the beds were comfy! It was particularly warm for early November and we appreciated having screened windows we could open and ceiling fans in each room. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating. Honestly, there is nothing I would recommend for improvement. Sela thought of everything. With 3 women there, I appreciated having plenty of toilet paper, and not the cheap kind either. This quiet, safe, peaceful spot is ideal for a getaway and all 3 sisters give it 5 ⭐️

We have loved our stay at Tristan’s House! Cecilia is the best host - always responsive and considerate. The property and the house are exactly as described and we were so comfortable here. Can’t say enough good things about our stay- it was so much more than we expected!

Really enjoyed! It is next to a public Pavilion, it's kind of right in the backyard but wasn't a problem. Nice homey touches and very comfortable😊

Oh my goodness, this place more than met our expectations, from the moment we walked in the door! This farmhouse has been meticulously remodeled and the great thing about that is that is still has it’s character. So clean, decorated to make you feel right at home, the kitchen had everything you needed and then some to prepare a meal, comfy beds, clean linens, the fire pit with an awesome view was definitely enjoyed. Just too many extras to name. The highlight of our weekend was visiting Highlands Butchery in Valdese for an amazing steak dinner and afforded us the opportunity to meet Jon. Sorry so lengthy just get wait to visit the Farmhouse at Connelly Springs again!!

This home and the host were both awesome! The house was very comfortable and cozy. There was enough space for my entire group, yet it was cozy enough that it felt like home. The host had snacks and waters in the home for us to make us feel at home as well. They were also very communicative throughout the trip and checked to make sure we had arrived safely. I would certainly stay here again!

We stay here just for two nights, I just wish we had more time! Very lovely space, everything clean and cute, All rooms were very comfortable, one of the most amazing views to the mountains, this picture doesn’t make justice to the beauty of this place, 100% recommended!

Great rental! One of our favorites. It was super clean and accommodated all of our needs. The location was in close proximity to places we visited while in Hickory. Our visits to Hickory are frequent and would love to rent here again.

Great sized property that was clean and very well equipped. Felt very safe in the lovely quiet neighbourhood when going for a walk each day. Communication was great, would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Loved the home, property and location! Very private, quiet and peaceful! It's right next to South Mountain State Park, which was a definite plus for us. It's a great place to unplug and unwind while hanging out on the back porch, walking along the river next to the property or hiking in the park!

My family and I recently stayed at Corinne’s place for Christmas as my mom lives nearby. It was a perfect Airbnb for us - absolutely beautiful house and views, plenty of space, kitchen and laundry were ideal. We did not use the sauna or the downstairs but they looked great too. Internet was fast and beds were comfy too. We hope to stay again when visiting family!

We enjoyed our weekend stay, as the home was as good if not better than pictured. We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition and the house is a short 5 minute drive to the Broyhill Civic Center which was very convenient. The place was spotless and recently updated. Patricia made the experience from booking to checkout very easy and I would happily book with her again.

The house was just perfect, the lake and the sound of the creek were magical. We loved getting to spend our family Christmas in such a wonderful place. The hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. Definitely recommend
