Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

Двустаен апартамент- напълно оборудван. Намира се в нов затворен комплекс със сезонен открит инфинити басейн (40м.) басейна работи от началото на юни до края на септември- апартамента е в затворен комплекс “Бургас бийч 2”. На първа линия на морето със собствен подход за плажа. На 150 метра има хранителен магазин, 5 минути пешеходно от спирка на градски транспорт. В близост целогодишни и сезони ресторанти.
