The wonderful thing about Ambers flat is the view. From the 18th floor the view is stunning, across Palermo and the green open spaces beyond to the River Plate, and on a clear day the shores of Uruguay beyond that. The flat itself is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows letting in light from two sides, sunrise from one side and sunset from the other. It is well equipped, with a washer and dryer within the flat, a large TV in the main room, and great storage space in the bedroom. On the ground floor of the building there is a good sized swimming pool and recreation area. It is positioned within the best part of Palermo Soho, right next to the recreational space of Los Arcos (which you can look down on from the flat) with its restaurants and high end retail outlets, and also a great gym called Megatlon. Highly recommended !

We loved the place, so close to everything, parks, shoppings, places to have dinner, grocery stores. The accomodations were great, plenty of space, quality furnitures, great view. The host is friendly and answer quickly. We will try to return soon.

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Nosso grupo - 10 pessoas - se hospedou em Casa Bill em janeiro/2025, o local comportou bem o nosso grupo. O casa estava impecável (limpeza, organização), tudo estava exatamente como mostram as fotos. O bairro é tranquilo e com facilidades próximas a casa (padaria, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes). Os anfitriões foram super presentes e rápidos em toda a comunicação conosco. Perto da data do nosso check in, nos enviaram as informações e combinados sobre a casa (tudo muito organizado), além de dicas importantes e bacanas sobre Buenos Aires. Foi uma ótima experiência!

Fuimos con un grupo de amigos y el lugar fue ideal para tener espacio de recreación en el patio aprovechando los lindos días que nos tocaron y a la vez cómodo para quienes querían descansar. Las fotos reflejan realmente las comodidades de la casa y el entorno es súper tranquilo con muchas opciones tanto para disfrutar de paseos en el día como para salir por la noche.

De woning van Ezequiel was heerlijk! We voelde ons er heel erg thuis. Ezequiel heeft ons bovendien geholpen met allerlei tips over de omgeving en geholpen met activiteiten (voetbalwedstrijd) en andere zaken. Vertrek en aankomst was heel flexibel. Buenos Aires was fantastisch mede dankzij de fijne woning!

A very spacious loft in the centre of Palermo Soho - nevertheless quiet. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around plus shopping facilities. Oliver is a very friendly and supportive host. No problems at all!

Hermoso departamento, excelente ubicación. Amplio, luminoso, con todas las comodidades. El edificio es tranquilo, no se escuchan ruidos del exterior. Seguro. Al llegar, el portero no me dejó ingresar y me hicieron esperar abajo hasta que chequearan mis datos, y bajó a buscarme quién me estaba esperando. Pero aguardé dentro del edificio, por lo que no hubo problemas. La zona de la pileta también es linda, aún cuando no hace calor, para tomar aire y descansar en los sillones. Seguramente regresaré.

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. The hosts are great. Marcelo gave a perfect welcome with very clear instructions. Very clean apartment with more amenities than are listed. And I liked the welcome basket with wine and kitchen amenities. Such nice and unexpected touches that make the experience special.

Se você for visitar Buenos Aires não perca a oportunidade de ficar no apartamento da Graciela! Muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e extremamente limpo (o que para mim foi um fator muito positivo)! Graciela nos atendeu muito bem e foi extremamente proativa em nossas dúvidas! Pretendo retornar em breve!

Je recommande les yeux fermés. Un très bel appartement, calme, dans le cœur de San Telmo qui est un quartier très sympathique. Maria est merveilleuse : elle rendra votre séjour agréable que ce soit en vous faisant des superbes recommandations ou en répondant rapidement à chacun de vos problèmes !

Der Kontakt und die Absprachen mit Valeria waren super freundlich, schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns in ihrem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt - wäre es noch etwas wärmer gewesen, hätten wir sicherlich auch den Pool genutzt. 😊 Die Waschmaschinen im 15. Stock kann man problemlos nach dem Erwerb von Coins (im nebenanliegenden Kiosk) nutzen. Ein Tipp: frühes aufstehen lohnt sich, dann sind alle noch frei. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir, für den Valeria allerdings absolut nichts kann. In einer Wohnung nebenan hat ein Bewohner einige Hunde, welche mehrmals am Tag (auch mitten in der Nacht) vor der Gassi Runde und bei der Rückkehr extrem laut bellen. Das hat uns einige Male aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Ansonsten war alles liebevoll hergerichtet und wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!!
