Ovaj udoban 75m² jednosobni stan je potpuno novi i moderan,prostran i sunčan sa neverovatnim pogledom na more i planine,kao privatnim djakuzijem na terasi. Stan se nalazi na roof top-u ville. Stan je idealan smeštaj za parove,porodicu ili prijatelje u potrazi za udobnim boravkom u mirnom rustikalnom području, ali u isto vreme samo deset minuta vožnje do Starog grada Kotora. Iz apartmana se pruza predivan pogled na nas zaliv.

Beautiful large luxury waterfront Villa in the most wonderful part of Kotor. It has it's own swimming pool and private beach with sunbeds just for guests. Free transfer from airport to villa and from villa airport is organized. Villa Luna Kotor Montenegro

A rare find right on the beach! Four bedrooms, two full and two half baths, with a stunning rooftop terrace and a gourmet outdoor kitchen. Plenty of parking space directly in front, as well as a private, gated driveway makes this gem even more desirable. The villa is directly on the first line of sea, with a private dock and public beach access. All beaches in Montenegro are public. The villa is furnished with comfortable, high quality, beach-style furniture with many custom-made features.

This incredible 200 year old villa is pure perfection. It is a dream come true vacation home made of stone and wood with amazing sea view that reaches until the islands of Perast .The perfect location ,design ,private sea entrance ,and privacy that is offered to the guests make this villa one of the most desirable luxury villas in the bay and in the country.The price here is for 14 persons and can be set lower depending od the number of persons coming. The lowest price is for 7 persons.

Sunset Vista apartment

A two bedroom apartment that can fit up to 5 people is very spacious, has a kitchen and a terrace made perfect for chilling out. Up the stairs is the roof top with the BBQ set up and definitely a place where you will spend time enjoying the view. This is fairly the best and biggest terrace in the neighbourhood that looks more like a garden set up with Bali thick wood sun beds and palm trees.
