A 2 pas du centre ville de Budoni, et à seulement 900 mètres de la plage "Salamaghe" / Budoni. Services directement accessibles à pied, restaurants/bars, pharmacie, boulangerie, supermarchés, etc... Idéalement située à 30 min de Tavolara et à 1h du Golf d'Orosei, entre les plages les plus connues tel que Cala Brandinchi et les plus sauvages vers Capo Comino.

Cosy house -top of thé hill -spectaculaire seaview

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Un coup de foudre puis une rénovation avec amour pour ce stazzu galurese pour vous accueillir ici dans notre petit paradis. Situé sur une colline avec vue quasi 360 ° sur la mer, la montagne, les environs. Ici vous êtes tranquille et vivre la dolce vita. Les prochains voisins sont à plus d'1 km. La maison est entourée d'oliviers, arbustes d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses, lentisco....et les fameux petits murets en pierres.

Genieße eine entspannte Zeit in dieser ruhigen und doch zentral gelegenen Unterkunft, welche sich in einer Straße am Ende einer Sackgasse in der Stadt Budoni befindet. Es erwartet Dich ein neues, gemütliches und modern ausgestattetes, voll klimatisiertes Haus mit großer Sonnenterrasse und einem 9m Pool, der beheizbar ist. Der wunderschöne, 4km lange Sandstrand, sowie das Stadtzentrum mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Very well located in the heights of the Costa Caddu village in San Teodoro, you can get there by car in less than 30 minutes from Olbia airport. The house is 5 minutes from Isuledda beach, 15 minutes. from the Cinta, and 7 min. from downtown San Teodoro where restaurants, shops and boutiques are located.

Unser 2024 erbautes Haus mit zwei getrennten identischen Wohnungen liegt erhöht in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und die großzügige Terrasse mit dem zauberhaften Blick auf das Meer laden zum entspannen ein. Die großzügigen Schlafzimmer versprechen traumhafte Nächte mit herrlichem Sonnenaufgängen direkt über dem Meer. Die überdachte Terrasse mit kleiner Außenküche bietet an heißen Sommertagen erholsamen Schatten. Ein Auto kann kostenlos im Carport geparkt werden.
