This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.

Highly recommend this cottage! We’ve already saved it for a return visit and have passed the details onto a number of family members & friends. Great location - so close to Padstow and a host of stunning beaches. Beautifully furnished. Wonderful outdoor space. Friendly & helpful hosts!

Sue was very helpful from the moment I enquired about her place. We had the most pleasant stay with our two huskies. they absolutely loved the space, enclosed garden and the beach. Loved sitting out on the balcony watching people walk by too. This was one of the best holidays we had in the UK with the dogs. The home was fully equipped with everything you needed. Also information folder provided with all local supermarkets, restaurants, Vets etc which was really helpful. Lovely location if you looking for a quiet break away. Definitely recommend Sue's place

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

We had the best time in this house in Bude! The location was perfect. It was within walking distance from the town, and the views where stunning. Parking and access to the house was easy. The house was spacious, with lots of places to ensure everyone could spend time together both inside and outside. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. There were also activities including a ping pong table, swing, and trampoline. We would highly recommend this house and we had the best time, thanks Karen!

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

I love travelling and go all over the place but this apartment really stood out. I went with my cousin Laura so the semi separated bedroom worked for us. It was absolutely immaculate. The views were amazing. I was so glad to have the parking nearby which was completely easy. We adored this space and I'd love to come back

We had the most wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we stepped in, the space felt full of light, warmth, and joy—perfect for me and my three daughters. The house is spacious, giving all of us room to relax and unwind comfortably, and it's been thoughtfully set up to create a sense of ease and calm. Every room was bright and inviting, and there were so many lovely touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or quick drive to the stunning Carolyn Bay Beach, where we spent time soaking in the sea air and making memories together. It was truly a restorative and joyful getaway for our little family, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommended—we’d return in a heartbeat! 🌊☀️

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Ideally situated within 5 minute walking distance to shops/beach front. Views from the apartment were spectacular, I don't think you could beat them anywhere else in Woolacombe. Lovely clean and comfortable space. We will definitely be returning!

Really lovely one bedroom flat felt homely, had everything there that you need. Mark was a great host and kept me up to date and informed on all things. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a great location to everything. Easy to get to and if you can get a space in the free car park the walk is literally less than a minute away. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you so much.

We had the most lovely time in this condo. It was so comfy cozy, really well equipped, in a great( no fantastic) location!!! It is so wonderful when a property is even better in person than it looks online and I can see why this condo is a guest favourite. It overlooks Tolcarne Beach which is stunning and is steps below the condo. It is a beautiful walk to town and there is an amazing restaurant for dinner and/or cocktails. The sunsets are incredible from the condo balcony. Wow! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS I really appreciated the excellent laundry facilities here and the secure parking.

This is a beautiful apartment, fully kitted out with everything you could need, including soaps, shampoos, shaving gel, and washing powder. The kitchen entrance is through the study/dining room, and the multitude of drawers and cupboards in this extra room are used as a larder. An extending table in the kitchen is all a family needs to serve meals. The bedrooms are comfortable, one larger than the other, but the smaller one is perfectly adequate. As we are elderly, our son gave us the larger room. The smaller room didn't have as much space around the bed. All in all, a home from home I fully recommend, perfect distance from the beach, cafes, and shops, and with Paignton just a short walk down the prom, it's in an ideal location. Congratulations to the host, Karen, for making this a wonderful stay.

One of the best air b and b's I have ever stayed in. absolutely flawless. a wonderfully comfortable, beautifully clean, tranquil space. the facilities on offer are second to none. I lived here for 8 days and felt truly at home. I was very sad to leave such a wonderful apartment. excellent location close to all you could need. host was on hand at a moments notice and nothing was too much trouble. many thoughtful extras included to top off a fantastic stay.

This place has a beautiful scenic view from the living room, as shown in the photos listed. Nigel is very friendly and responsive. The area around is gorgeous, with lovely surroundings and peaceful walks nearby. It's a great choice if you want a quiet, scenic getaway within walking distance to the nature and the seaside.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
