The water supply comes from springs and is stored in two metal tanks, 4000 gallons each. The caretaker has his own tiny house out of sight of the main house.

This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize.
