We had a great stay. The farm was so beautiful and our pups really enjoyed the fenced in yard. Very relaxing and private. Highly recommend! We enjoyed meeting the caretaker that lives on the property.

Absolutely enchanted with this exquisite cottage. It was beyond our expectations and even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. Charming, peaceful, comfortable, serene, well appointed, tasteful decor, and Heidi was a thoughtful and lovely host. Would highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint. I will be back !

Kira's place was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. We have family in the area and just needed a place to sleep and shower and then were pretty much gone for the day. The small studio has a comfy bed, nice bathroom with all the things, and a small coffee machine complete with coffee for morning brew. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kira was considerate of our privacy and was easy to communicate with.

Nancy and Chip are wonderful hosts. They are warm and welcoming. They responded to messages quickly and were happy to help in any way, whether it was recommending near-by places to visit, conveying which grocery stores offered good value, or a cheap ( free! ) place to park my car so I could enjoy the trails near the Delaware River. And the accommodations.... just so very lovely. I stayed during a chilly, wet Spring weekend, and the fireplace was the perfect antidote to the weather.

I was in town to meet cousins for a weekend at Peddler’s Village. I was already traveling with my two pups and needed a pet friendly location. This was perfect. Very comfortable; fenced in yard is plenty large. My girls loved running around. They were even encouraged to jump in the pool that is right outside the living space door. Doylestown was convenient to PV as well as other locations like Lumberville (cool places to eat and walk the towpath). Bucks County is so pretty; you can’t go wrong. We’ll be back next time we are in the area.

Unfortunately Bess and her family were away when we visited, and the weather was bad (expected for February), but we had a cozy and relaxing stay. We loved visiting the animals with our young son, visiting sights in Doylestown, and mostly just enjoying a comfortable, quiet home with peaceful views all around.

I’d give the Carriage House 10 stars if I could! Lori was so welcoming and friendly, great start to our stay. The photos pretty much tell the story, but the apartment is even more beautiful in person. Everything you could want or need and more is there; the kitchen was fully supplied, better than most I’ve seen. Comfy bed; plenty of places to hang out between the sofa and table, and outside as well. The decor was wonderful, colors and fabrics well chosen for the rustic elegance vibe. The artwork was really impressive, it was different from what’s in the photos so maybe the pieces are rotated in and out, but a wonderful modern counterpoint to a more traditional vernacular style of architecture. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful and private setting, so wonderfully quiet, and the big floof dogs were a delight, so friendly! Will be sure to visit the alpacas next trip! One of our best travel experiences ever, so glad we discovered this gem.
