This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park.
