Bespoke and Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in a converted warehouse. Walking distance to public transport to the city and Flemington racecourse. 2 train stations from city loop. With restaurants, cafes, breweries, distilleries, bakeries and coffee roasters all in close proximity. The apartment with cork floors, concrete walls and bespoke bathroom has a really cosy feel. We love our apartment and we know you will too. All Linen including duvet and pillow covers always changed and fresh.

The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.
