This single-family unit is within walking distance of all Fairfax offers. *Please note* that being this close to the center of town also puts you closer to the train tracks. Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

“Tiny house” nestled on private farm

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

Clover Cottage is a cozy place to stay if you need a quiet place to unwind. Located on Main Street, Clover Cottage is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The cottage is a completely renovated property which started life as the summer kitchen for the main house. The cottage is 150 years old and has maintained the charm of a historic home. To retain the history of the property and town, NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed on the property.

Low Country Serenity at Palm Key

This water-front house is located in the Palm Key community, a secluded 350-acre nature get-a-way on the Broad River about 10 minutes from I-95, 30 minutes from Beaufort and Parris Island, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah, Georgia. Grocery stores and restaurants are located 15 minutes away in Ridgeland. If you like to cookout, we have a park style grill in the backyard. Relax in the shade of the Spanish moss covered live oak trees.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This quaint house was built for family in mind. The floor plan is very open and inviting. Enjoy your coffee rocking on the front porch and enjoy watching the sun rise. This home has been recently completely remodeled keeping in mind the original home owner, Ms. Vetta. All new appliances, as well as bathrooms, flooring, etc.

Ellzey Place

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
