Charming 3 br apartment/East side

Beautiful 2 floor apartment/house (part of a duplex) with floral front yard and shady back garden. Close to Brown, RISD, downtown, etc. Fully furnished. Front and back private entrances. Kitchen stocked with cooking basics, including spices, and many utensils, small appliances and pots, pans, etc. Picnic basket, beach towels and mats, hand weights, yoga mat on premises. Suitable for entertaining indoors and out. Parking: 2 driveway spaces on alley. Can host 4/5 easily, but up to 6 is possible.

Welcome to my cozy inviting home and to the Ocean State! From this centrally located location your entire group will enjoy easy access to local attractions. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Brown, RISD, Rhode Island College, Providence College and Johnson & Wales University. You will have everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay at my house and the best part is you are surrounded by bakeries! Only 25 min. to Gillete for the World Cup!!

Relaxing retreat in the village

Come and relax in our beautiful updated loft filled with modern amenities! 10 minute drive/uber from downtown Providence and airport. A short walk from village shops, restaurants, zoo and the water! Enjoy the brand new hot tub with 50 jets in the cozy enclosed private space. Melt away stress in the giant rain shower, fully equipped kitchen, 75' smart TV and full size washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by with some great walking trails to get there as well.

Upper Flat in a 2-unit home. Enjoy incredible charm and character paired with all the comforts of modern design. Features include open sunny floor plan, high end kitchen, private oversized balcony, tiled bath with radiant floor heat, walk-in shower, heated towel bar, & in-unit laundry. Top floor bedroom features a clawfoot tub & wall mounted electric fireplace. Enjoy the sun and lovely water views. This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and requires going up 2 flights of stairs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Be a little bohemian, stay in an artist’s studio for two adults, views of woods and stone walls.walk along a 300 stone wall past a 5000 gallon koi pond, and discover a stone sculpture in the woods. Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quiet, tranquil, relax. 47 minutes from Gillette Stadium.

A welcoming historic Victorian home on the East Side. Great location; 1/4 mile to Brown/RISD/Waterfire, 10 mins to dwntwn & theaters, and 30-40 mins to Newport and beaches. It can graciously accommodate 10 adults. This spotlessly clean home has an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, 3-4 living areas, 5+ large sunny bedrooms and 4 fireplaces. Located on Olney Street, The Carriage House is a 3-story guest house located in the historic College Hill neighborhood on the East Side of Providence. Short walking distance to Brown University, RISD, Moses Brown School, and tons of cute shops and restaurants.
