Quaint & Unique Studio space with full bathroom. Fully renovated space has a kitchenette and great amenities. This space is perfect for the solo traveler or a couple. Lots of local shopping, dining, parks and attractions. The area borders both the Bronx & Westchester County. Great location walking distance to train 18 min to grand central Station 30 min drive to NYC near the highway, shopping area ,groceries parks ,pool,gym ,hiking very sunny and quiet and come with free 2 car parking and street parking is available as well Bedroom 1 great king-size bed Bedroom 2 great queen-size bed bedroom 3 great queen-size bed by request only we have extra portable crib pack and play , and we have portable one twin mattress and one twin folding bed for your family

Cozy home away from home . Come relax

Small full size kitchen. 1 large bedroom, with a queen bed. Living room has a day bed that sleeps another 2 adults. Great place to relax after a long day in the city. 15 min walking distance to Pelham Metro North station which takes you to Grand Central in 35 minutes. Or a 15 minute bus ride to the Dyer ave 5 train which takes about 45 min to Grand Central and cost a lot less then Metro North. Please be sure you can handle commute. If u dont wish to walk or take bus you can take cab.

Welcome to our newly renovated 4 bedroom home with open plan kitchen and dining area. The home is complete with high-end furnishings and finishes all located just 30 min drive from midtown Manhattan. 5 min walk to McLean Ave where there are many bars & restaurants. Public transport to the city (4 train subway) is available at the end of the street and Uber is readily available. There is direct access to I-87 and a few minutes drive to the West Side Highway.

Large NYC Home! Close Proximity to Manhattan!

Have fun at this stylish place. You will enjoy a large backyard with patio, fire pit, deck, ping pong table and gas BBQ. The house has plenty of space and is in the center of town and walking distance to the beach and restaurants and 20 minutes to Manhattan. Enjoy this hidden gem of a neighborhood- City Island, the seaport of the Bronx! The basement is set up as a 2 bedroom space for additional use and privacy if needed at an additional charge!
