Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Lovely flat in Tulse Hill, just 3 mins walk from Tulse Hill station. There's a spacious kitchen diner, 2 bedrooms (one king, one twin/king convertible) beautiful bathroom and a study/desk area. There are some great wee pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or the vibrant area of Brixton is just a 30 minute walk or short bus trip. Regular trains into central London go from Tulse Hill station, a few mins walk away.
