Appletree Lodge

This cabin is my favourite place to be, the views are just to die for as you can see for miles with the Malvern hills in the distance. It is off grid and eco friendly accommodation as it is based in a small woodland. It’s been tastefully built with the woodland in mind and to keep it nestled in its surroundings, it still has all those lovely luxuries to keep you relaxed, warm and comfy. It’s based on the property of a grade II thatched family home, with a very friendly pony, dog and chickens!

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

The Field Shelter

The Field Shelter is located on a working farm in the heart of the Cotswolds. Nestled amongst trees behind the yard you can sit and enjoy the a stunning view of the rolling fields, and if you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of the deer. In the summer you can enjoy watching horses and tractors in the fields below. There is an enclosed garden with a fire pit (subject to weather), table and chairs. There is a fridge, toaster and kettle, and tea, coffee and snacks left in the kitchen.

This cabin gives a fantastic private place to relax. Enjoy a cosy night in with ample games and appliances and unwind in the private (new from Jul'25) hot-tub and alternate with a dip in the cold plunge! Climate control with Air-Con. Very comfortable mattress, dimmable lights with blackout curtains and full privacy. Nearest house over 100 feet away! Ideally located in the heart of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham. Locally you will find a wide array of bars, restauraunts and beautiful scenery.

The Barn -Farmstay Fishing Inc + Woodburner

Stunning canal side barn on a working farm in Shernal Green. Overlooking a private fishing pool and situated on the side of the Worcester to Birmingham canal , easy access to various footpaths and the canal towpath .Perfect for active couples who wish to walk and cycle or ideal if you want to relax while your partner fishes . Wood burning stove in the open lounge and well equipped kitchen leads to a steep staircase with open mezzanine balcony.Large shower room. Linen and towels included.

Lakeside Lodge- 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Forest Lodge at Broad Oak, deepest Worcestershire

Forest Lodge: cosy with wood burning stove. ONE small to medium well behaved dog welcome. (Notify breed when booking - charges apply). Private garden, lots of parking. Lots to do in the area. Close to 3 Counties Showground, Upton on Severn, Malvern, Worcester. 1 hr: Cotswolds, Brecon Beacons, Forest of Dean and Wyre Forest. Tranquil rural retreat away from crowds but handy for lots of fun activities. Located at Broad Oak Trout Lakes. Strict check-out to allow for full cleaning.

Spring Cabin

Tucked away in a remote spot over looking the Golden Valley , this peaceful retreat is the ideal place for your weekend getaway . Only 2 hours from London Spring Cabin is quiet and secluded with the countryside on your doorstep. The cabin is attached to the hosts property so is not entirely self contained but has a fridge , toaster and kettle for your basic needs . There is an outside lounge area with barbeque and fire pit for romantic evenings watching the stars .

Rectory Farm Retreat

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Please note there is no electricity at this site. Your dog is welcome too, for a small surcharge.

Pond side Shepard’s hut

A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.
