What an amazing place to stay! Dartmouth is a lovely town and Sarah’s place gives you the most perfect view of it, you honestly could sit and look at it for hours (we did!). The Penthouse is beautiful, spacious and very well loved, everything clean and welcoming. Really can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks for having us.

A great little place to stay! Perfect location, we didn’t drive once during our stay as you are a short walk into the harbour. The cottage was lovely and clean, homely and had everything we needed for a few nights away. Great instructions for parking and arrival which aided a smooth check in. Would definitely recommend this place!

La "guingette" est magnifique. L'endroit est coquet et les chambres sont joliments décorées. Nous avons eu l'occasion de discuter avec les propriétaires qui sont charmants. Nous avons séjourné 4 jours avec 3 enfants et la maison est vraiment très bien fournie au niveaux des jeux tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. un tout grand merci pour l'accueil.

Wir haben wieder zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Südengland in der Unterkunft von Carolyn & Jim verbracht. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Highlights sind der Meerblick vom Zimmer sowie vom Bad. Die Sonne geht morgens direkt über dem Meer auf ☀️Der Garten ist großartig zum Frühstücken und Kaffee trinken. Der Porthminster Beach ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Carolyn hat uns sogar ein Boule spiel geliehen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal. Vielen Dank euch zwei für die Gastfreundschaft! 🌺

Fantastic house in a great location. Done up to a high quality throughout and lovely, private garden a few minutes walk from beach, cafes and pub. We had some issues with the key safe and the access code has been updated from the one on the website, but these were resolved.

Staying here was a real delight. Very close to marina, didn't need to get back in the car the whole time we were here. very nicely decorated apartment, very friendly and understanding hosts. can't wait to come again.

Die Wohnung von Saskia war für uns die schönste und bestgelegendste Wohnung in der ganzen Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und detailleverliebt eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Vom Haus aus konnte man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, besonders den wunderschönen Strand. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung und dem Balkon war fantastisch. Auch bei Regen und Sturm hatte man durch große Wohnzimmerfenster beste Sicht auf Brandung, rege Schifffahrt und den Yachthafen. Saskia war immer gut zu erreichen, hat sich hervorragend gekümmert und immer sofort auf Anfragen geantwortet-eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Gesundheit vorausgesetzt, haben wir jetzt schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Saskias Wohnung geplant.

Our stay at Mark's place was fantastic. The flat is very nicely located, has a supermarket next door, private parking, fantastic views. The flat is well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We spent one night but we wished we had stayed for longer. I would definitely recommend it if you are going to Margate. Mark was very responsive as well, even being Easter weekend :)

Une vue exceptionnelle face à la mer 😎 Appart petit mais très fonctionnel ++ La cuisine, la sdb++ Le balcon est un sacré plus. Le quartier est très calme. Tout se fait à pieds, centre ville, promenade.. Flexibilité au niveau des horaires. Personne très sympathique. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !

Stunning apartment overlooking the glorious Fistral Beach, the views are spectacular! Our morning coffees on the balcony were a fab start to the day, even when it was a bit grey! Location is perfect, situated at the peaceful end of Fistral Beach...it's about a 100 yard walk to the beach itself and there are some steps down...but so easy for walking back with boards and quickly jumping in the outside shower! It is also within a 10/15 minute walk of the busier end of the beach, Newquay town is not too far to walk to either. Please also try Seaspray Cafe & Bar! We went there 3 times during our 5 night stay, the staff were so lovely and the food is excellent! Stacey was the perfect host communicating regularly and offering lots of local advice. It really felt like a home away from home, we absolutely loved every minute there! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in Teresa's flat - so stylish and well equipped and a fabulous view. It's very clean and well maintained. It's also quiet and in a really nice part of Herne Bay. We spent a day cycling along the coast and found some great places to eat in the evening. Teresa was very helpful about everything and responded quickly to any queries. I'd totally recommend the flat and look forward to a revisit myself. Thank you, Teresa.

Amazing view over Woolacombe beach - what can be better than watching sunset with a glass of bubbles in a hot tub! The apartment is exactly as advertised, all in perfect order and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return.
