Welcome to the "Lucky Lady" and thank you for your interest in our property. We have spent the past few months completely renovating and furnishing this awesome place and everything is brand new. We have 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 den areas, gourmet like kitchen, pool table room and theatre room. Plus, there are 2 outdoor living spaces that include a dining table, fire pit table, hot tub and Blackstone grill. The Bristol Casino is in our backyard and is literally steps off the patio.

Welcome to the historic Solar Hill neighborhood! The Secret Society Suite is your private “dark academia” suite within our Victorian manor. It’s only two blocks to State Street where you will find shops, food, breweries, and activities - especially during Rhythm & Roots Reunion weekend. Bristol celebrates her music history in style every year and we’d love to have you join us then or any other time you’d like to explore our wonderful city. The Ark at Zion Ranch

Nestled in the heart of a 35 acre ranch this modern A-frame offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Featuring 24 foot walls with floor to ceiling glass looking into a private forest. Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.
