Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. Luxury flat with indoor pool

This stunning flat is set in the old stable block of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. It also has a cosy pub just yards from the end of the drive open Weds - Sundays with others closeby. A romantic hideaway or for a small family of 4. Pls bring own pool towels.

The Lodge with a Pool near Bath

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips especially with the indoor Swimming Pool and garden. We like to keep things simple and ensure your stay is enjoyable, calm and at your own pace - essentially an easy stay that keeps all in the family happy. Our Lodge is spacious, perfect for families has a Gym with a shower area, a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge, Sky Q and WiFi. Upstairs we have an area in the main bedroom with an Xbox S (digital version) for the gamers!

Bristol & Bath modern home

Our beautiful home in Somerdale, is a one minute walk to the Hams and the River for country walks in rural Somerset. Just a short walk away ( 10 minutes) is Keynsham Station from where you can get to Bath in 9 minutes and Bristol in even less. Trains go about twice an hour, so we are in the middle of countryside with awesome access to entertainment in either of these wonderful cities. You can relax in our home with 2 double and a single bedroom, a family bathroom and an ensuite.

Scenic 2 Bed Lodge with hot tub and indoor pool

- BRAND NEW HOTTUB AND SKY TV FROM MARCH 2024 - Stunning 2 bedroom level access lodge with private hot tub. Access to pool and gym situated within gardens of a private gated home bordering beautiful countryside. Near to M5 making it an excellent base to explore Gloucester, Bath, Bristol and Chepstow. Within a few minutes drive from the historic market town of Thornbury and Berkeley with various shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
