Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. City Hideaway with hot tub (family/couples only)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

Beautiful spacious cottage with hot tub.

Gorgeous large three bedroom cottage on a small working farm inside Bristol. Private gardens and hot tub. Offering the best of city and country life. Amazing location just a £10 uber ride into the centre of Bristol. Uniquely positioned with fantastic and easy driving into Bristol as well as stunning views of the city from the farmland. Looking to Ashton Court and the suspension Bridge. Fab for balloon fiesta. Excellent position to Bristol airport as well as Ashton Gate stadium.

Made in Old Style way apartment is right in the heart of town, St Nicolas market - moments from the river walk and few minutes to harbourside and best sights, culture and nightlife of Bristol. Fully equipped the flat includes beautiful bright living space with big windows ,big living room with large corner sofa and dinning table , kitchen, bathroom , and two bedrooms . No parking!

Victorian Townhouse - Park Views

Located amongst the iconic colourful houses of Totterdown, our Victorian townhouse spans three floors with beautiful views of the park. Outside there’s a south west facing decking area for sunny days. Inside is a log burner to keep cosy on grey ones. Bristol is known for its food and drink, there’s a selection of great cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Or it’s just a short 15-20 minute walk to Wapping Wharf in Bristol Harbourside.
