The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Center is 3 minutes walk,also Old town with plenty of bars and restaurants.Ferry terminal is close by.Please send me any questions you might have,i will be more then happy to help out.Price depends on high/low season.

In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Despite the fact that the apartment is right in the centre, it is very quiet and serene. Our place is small, but very practical and stylish for solo adventurers, couples, and even families with one child.

It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.

It is located in the most beautiful part of a private house on the first floor, in peaceful area, near the pine forest, outside the city centre, 20 minutes by walk along the coastal path to the Old Town Korčula. Just in the front of the house is nice seating area with views of the olive trees.On the first floor is closed terrace with views of pine wood and mountain.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
