Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The Snug is our bright and comfortable studio apartment situated above our garage in the beautiful village of Brigstock. The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. The property has a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable King sized bed. Sheets and towels are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities, TV & Wi-Fi.

Completely renovated 16th century listed cottage. Only 150 meters from town centre and 50 meters from Waitrose. There are lovely walk along the river Nene. If you come with your pet, the cottage comes with a small walled garden. Free Wifi and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of character with original features. Oundle is a beautiful Market town with a museum, stunning churches, wonderful shops and supermarkets, a busy market and lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants.

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.
