This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

House was beautiful and spacious, exactly as shown! The kitchen does have everything you need but was just a little light on cooking utensils for our big family. Place was very clean and conveniently located for our stay :)

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

Nice little apartment in a good neighborhood in CBD. Communication was fine, as well as the apartment itself. Super clean, and everything whats necessary was there. We'd definitely book it again. Only drawback: Sometimes there was a disgusting smell (probably from the drain).

An amazing host as she was always responsive. The cleaning agency maid did a poor job in cleaning and washing up but after notifying Una, she sorted it out and even provided a token of goodwill. We were unlucky that the weather was warm when we were in Melbourne city, so only 1 bedroom has an aircon, therefore we had to move the other double bed to the main room where 4 of us slept in the same room. Parking was tight for an SUV, much suited for a smaller car. Apart from that, the place is not really suitable for young infant or toddler.

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Joe for making our trip so memorable!

What a change of scenery for a family holiday.. and less than an hour outside of Melbourne CBD! We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the tree line from the master bedroom window, and the kids loved exploring the gardens almost as much as our pup. The outdoor space here might be the hidden gem of a stay, as we found spot after spot for memorable family photos. While there were some minor hiccups during our stay, the hosts Deepika and Ravi were far more than accommodating and absolutely wonderful people to communicate with. They really went the extra mile (km?) to ensure we had a lovely visit.. which we most certainly did.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.
