you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Walkable to all boardwalk attractions. Great place to bring the kids or as a couples' getaway.

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
