Iris cottage has been furnished to have a homely atmosphere for families, couples, business, country or international travelers who are looking for an easy access centrally located comfortable long & short stay accommodation. Located Caboolture North in close proximity to the train station, Bruce & D'aguilar highways, showgrounds, Bribie Island, Sunshine Coast & Glasshouse Mountains tourist attractions.

Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos
